2011 – Agency achieves re-accreditation from the Council on Accreditation (COA) through 2014. Behavioral Health expands service to three (3) High Schools and a pilot program to help children diagnosed with Autism at Belmont Elementary.
2012 – Building Tomorrow conducted a statewide Child Care Conference in Grand Island for any in-home child care provider. Family Service’s Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program celebrated ten (10) years serving as the statewide training facility for new staff.
2013 – The Child Care Food Program (CCFP) and Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC) survived the uncertainty of the Government shutdown in October.
2016 – Family Service will celebrate 125 years with several events throughout the year. Expanding Behavioral Health Program into Saunders County.
