6. BEHAVIORAL HEALTH & SENSITIVE SERVICE DISCLOSURES

Please be advised that while this website provides information regarding our Behavioral Health, Therapy, and WIC programs, this Site is not a patient portal or emergency portal. Communications sent over general website contact forms are not encrypted health records. Once you become an active client in our behavioral health or medical-adjacent programs, your Protected Health Information (PHI) is rigorously safeguarded in compliance with state laws and federal standards, and you will be provided a separate, comprehensive Notice of Privacy Practices regarding your clinical records.
