We provide coordinated care to families to prevent housing crises, stabilize living situations, and ensure children remain safe and housed with their families.

What we do

The Housing and Support Services Program provides solutions to homelessness through prevention, financial assistance, and case management support.

How we do it

Our dedicated case managers work hand-in-hand with participants to navigate vital community resources and access direct rental assistance.

Utilizing proven Rapid Re-Housing models alongside intensive case management, we deliver the individualized, comprehensive support families need to overcome immediate instability and successfully transition into permanent, secure housing.

SquareOne Family Resource Center

The SquareOne Family Resource Center is a single connection point designed to help families regroup, rebuild, and thrive. Instead of creating new programs, we strategically bring Lincoln’s existing community resources and expertise together under one roof to eliminate referral gaps and improve access to care.

Find us on the first floor of the SquareOne building (220 S 17th Street), located next door to the behavioral health crisis services provided by CenterPointe.
