With over a decade of dedicated human resources experience stretching back to 2014, Brooke brings a people-centered perspective to organizational leadership. Prior to joining Family Service Lincoln, she spent years managing HR operations across various sectors, developing a strong background in workforce compliance, talent management, and employee relations.
A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a focus on leadership and communications along with a Master of Business Administration. This background shapes her approach to advocacy, organizational culture, and equitable workplace policies. Beyond her primary executive duties at FSL, Brooke maintains strong ties to the local arts community, having notably served as the former Feature Twirler for the Cornhusker Marching Band.
