Dennis Hoffman has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Family Service Lincoln since 2017. He focuses on program quality, serving vulnerable populations, and building community connections to drive organizational growth. Prior to his current role, Dennis spent several years as the Chief Program Officer at CenterPointe, where he developed and oversaw housing and support services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
An experienced human services executive, Dennis specializes in strategic growth and mission-driven advocacy, guiding FSL toward long-term sustainability while expanding community access to housing, food security, and children's wellbeing. Beyond his leadership at FSL, Dennis actively serves the local nonprofit sector through positions with Lincoln's Continuum of Care, Cause Collective, and the United Way.
