Gretchen Thornburg has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Family Service Lincoln since 2016. She brings over two decades of financial management experience within the Lincoln nonprofit sector to her executive leadership role. Her career began in 2001 as the Finance Director of St. Monica's Home, and she later held senior financial leadership roles at both the People's Health Center and CenterPointe.
An expert in nonprofit accounting and fiscal strategy, Gretchen has also worked as a consultant for the Lincoln Community Foundation, an experience that informs her focus on organizational sustainability, compliance, and financial oversight. Beyond her role at FSL, Gretchen serves the broader community as the Board Treasurer for the Partnership for a Healthy Nebraska.
