Leslie Bitenieks

Leslie Bitenieks has served as the Director of Housing and Support Services for Family Service Lincoln since 2020. With more than 15 years of experience in case management and housing services, she brings a practical, community-first perspective to her work. Before joining the agency, Leslie built a diverse career across the human services field, working within inpatient facilities, home care, and child welfare services.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with minors in Psychology and Sociology. Her academic background informs her focus on client advocacy and comprehensive service coordination. Outside of her work at FSL, Leslie is dedicated to local animal welfare initiatives and cares for her own pets.
