Megan Evenson

Megan Evenson has served as the Senior Director of Youth Development CCFP for Family Service Lincoln for 19 years. With more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, youth services, and program administration, she brings a systemic perspective to her leadership. Megan provides strategic oversight for both the Child Care Food Program and Youth Development programs, managing large-scale initiatives that support children, families, and providers across Nebraska.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Megan holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education. This background supports her work in budget management, regulatory compliance, and staff mentorship. She also serves the broader educational community as a certified professional trainer, evaluator, and advisor for national early childhood quality and accreditation standards.
